At Sellix Publications, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality books with every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

📚 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us first at info@sellixpublications.com. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, send the item to: 1308, Main Service Road, G-16/3, Islamabad

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be calculated as follows: the original shipping cost paid at the time of your order will be deducted, along with any return courier cost if we paid on your behalf. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for used or read books, books damaged after delivery, or gift cards.
